This Privacy Policy describes how the Tisket mobile app ("Tisket", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information. By using the app you agree to the collection and use described here.

Information we collect

Authentication data: If you sign in we store identifiers such as your account email and user ID.
Content you provide: Any data you create or upload to the app (lists, notes, profile info).
Device & usage data: anonymous usage and diagnostic data (crash reports, analytics).
Technical identifiers: device identifiers necessary to operate the app.

How we use information

To provide authentication and persist user data.
To troubleshoot and improve the app (crash reports and analytics).
To respond to support requests.

Third-party services and SDKs

The app uses (or may use) the following third-party services. These services may collect or process data on our behalf:

Firebase — including @react-native-firebase/app, @react-native-firebase/auth, and @react-native-firebase/firestore and the web firebase package. Used for authentication and cloud data storage. Firebase is provided by Google; see Google’s privacy docs for details.
Expo modules — used to run the app and provide platform integrations.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help operate the app (for example Firebase). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service and as required to comply with legal obligations. To request deletion, contact tisketlist@gmail.com.

Children

This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in the country where our services operate, including the United States. By using the app you consent to transfer of information to those countries.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy to this page with a new effective date.
